The Benefits of a Fitness Coach

If you want to lose weight it's absolutely imperative you have a fitness regime. Exercising is not only for weight loss but for general health and well-being. Many studies are showing that exercise is a superior method for weight loss. Working out 3 to 4 days a week will reduce the risk of heart disease, developing diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercising also helps with depression, anxiety, and promotes psychological well-being. A fitness coach will map out a customized plan for you, and set achievable goals to get you on the road to better health.

At About Me Wellness we are committed to helping you get in shape. You will receive personal fitness trainer to help you complete your weekly workout plan.  Each week you’ll receive an email featuring your custom designed workouts plan for the week and 30 minutes of live instructional training by a certified personal fitness trainer.
 Once a week you will meet with your assigned personal trainer over the telephone or by webcam. It’s that easy. Before training with a fitness coach you should always consult with your doctor first.
